Have I been mis-sold a Packaged Bank Account (PBA)?

Thousands of people have been mis-sold Packaged Bank Accounts where - for a fee - you are sold a range of ‘benefits' such as mobile phone insurance, travel insurance and breakdown cover. It sounds like a great idea but unfortunately in all too many cases these perceived benefits were unsuitable, costly or simply not needed. Worryingly, we're also finding that some of our customers had been automatically ‘upgraded' and have been paying for a Packaged Bank Account without their knowledge.

Unfortunately some of the biggest high-street banks are guilty of mis-selling these accounts to their customers, so much so that some, such as Santander, have stopped selling Packaged Bank Accounts altogether.

If you have a Packaged Bank Account and are concerned it may have been mis-sold, then EMCAS are on hand to help you reclaim what's rightfully yours. As with anything in life, you can choose to claim yourself or seek further advice before starting your claim but if you decide to use our services we operate on a no win no fee* basis. If you are successful our fee is 33%+VAT which is a total of 39.6%.
