"How much does it cost?"
We offer a Free Initial Assessment with no up-front fees. We only charge you for our services if we are successful in claiming back any money you could be owed, in which case, our fee will be a percentage of the compensation you receive.
This means that you get back the money you're entitled to, safe in the knowledge that, if your case is unsuccessful or if you are not owed any compensation, you won't get charged. We charge 20% + VAT which is a total of 24%
of the compensation that you win. To give you some assurance, we do apply a cap to the fee that we would charge on any compensation that is paid into your pension fund. Our cap is currently £2,000 including VAT. So for example, if you're rewarded £10,000 to be paid into your pension fund, we would charge no more than £2,000 +VAT.
However, please note, this cap only applies to the fee charged on any compensation paid into your pension fund; if you received compensation in cash rather than into your pension, this would not be subject to the cap. So for example, if you received a cash sum of £10,000 we would charge £3,500 +VAT.
- Our initial telephone assessment is provided free of charge with no obligation
- We do not charge ANY upfront fees
- We operate a ‘no win, no fee' policy*
"Why was I advised to transfer my pension?"
Thousands of people were persuaded into transferring out of occupational schemes into personal pension plans, which meant many, lost the guaranteed benefits or employer contributions they may have received as part of their occupational scheme. For the people involved, it was a devastating experience. Their future hopes and plans had been dashed.
